Thyme, sage, incense
The top is herbal and resinous. Thyme and clary sage give a dry, green, slightly bitter lift, and incense adds a cool, smoky thread behind them. The brand says saffron is dressed first in thyme and sage, and the opening works like that: aromatic and dry, with the saffron itself still waiting in the base.

The red-fruit heart
Raspberry and blackcurrant arrive next, round and a little tart, and the brand calls the raspberry sensual. Jasmine and lily of the valley give them a white-floral lift, so the heart is fruity and bright rather than sweet. It is the one soft passage in a scent that is otherwise dry.

Wood and suede
Saffron settles into the base with cedarwood, guaiac wood and suede. Cedarwood is clean and dry, guaiac smoky and a little sweet, suede soft and matte. Together they make a leathery, spiced finish that stays warm and quiet, closer to the skin than to the air around it.

Wears best from autumn to early spring and in the evening, when its dry spice and suede feel at home. Two or three sprays are enough, since the woods and saffron in the base do the carrying. Good with knitwear and wool, and in rooms where a restrained, textured scent is welcome.

Very good quality profume, it last long and it has a good price for its incredible aroma and mixes of fruit and wood smell
A cozy, slightly sensual vanilla that feels like warm night air by the sea. Easy to love if you enjoy gourmand perfumes with a soft smoky edge.
This perfume is really well blended, I just removed a star because I personnaly don't like the top note (citronella)
